Über die Position

Als Senior SAP HCM Consultant unterstützen Sie unsere langjährigen Kund*innen bei der Optimierung ihrer HR-Prozesse. Sie arbeiten in einem innovativen Umfeld, das modernste SAP-Technologien nutzt.

Hauptaufgaben

3rd Level Beratung in den Kernmodulen PA, PY und PT (SAP OnPremise).
Durchführung von SAP‑Implementierungsprojekten von Planung bis Nachbereitung.
Beratung und Implementierung von SuccessFactors‑Lösungen.
Schulung von Key‑User*innen und Mentoring von Nachwuchstalenten.

Anforderungsprofil

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP HCM Beratung, Schwerpunkt PA, PY und PT.
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Customizing von SAP‑Systemen.
ABAP‑Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit SuccessFactors.
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch.
