Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant (Part‑time)

About the role

To strengthen our internal SAP team, we are looking for a dedicated SAP Consultant for 20–25 hours per week with solid technical and/or key user expertise in the FI and CO modules. In this role you will actively contribute to the further development of our global SAP system landscape, drive digitalisation initiatives, and ensure smooth integration and optimisation of finance and controlling processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support, further develop, and implement SAP FI/CO solutions with a focus on financial accounting and controlling in an international environment.
• Analyse, design, and implement new business requirements in close collaboration with specialist departments.
• Contribute to international SAP projects, roll‑outs, and system optimisations.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, create technical documentation, and coordinate with internal IT teams and external service providers.
• Support and assist with the SAP FI and CO modules in day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Completed degree in business informatics, business administration with an IT focus, accounting and controlling, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in SAP S/4HANA FI consulting or as an SAP FI/CO key user in an international company.
• Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes.
• Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming and experience in SAP customising is an advantage.
• Experience in analysing, designing, and implementing complex SAP requirements and working in international project and roll‑out environments.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Structured, solution‑oriented, independent working style combined with strong communication and consulting skills.
