Senior Regional Sales Manager

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the DACH region, France, and Italy. You will focus on network infrastructure, industrial IoT, and edge AI markets, building strong relationships with key customers and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for strategic accounts in network infrastructure, OOB solutions, embedded compute, and IIoT.
• Identify, negotiate, and close high‑value opportunities while managing complex sales cycles.
• Maintain and expand relationships with executives, technical teams, and procurement departments.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to ensure the right solutions are presented.
• Travel frequently across the assigned region to meet customers and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Proven track record in direct sales and key‑account management within the European UAV, defense, or industrial technology sectors.
• Strong commercial and technical acumen with the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
