About the role
Anton Paar is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to strengthen its Group‑wide Quality Management. The role will apply proven quality methodologies, drive structured problem‑solving and deliver sustainable improvements across cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and establish quality methods, standards and best practices for the group.
- Plan, conduct and follow‑up internal audits.
- Enhance internal non‑conformance management and related processes.
- Analyse product quality, quality KPIs and cost of poor quality, and define improvement actions.
- Facilitate structured root‑cause analyses for complex quality issues.
- Advance product quality monitoring processes and systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional departments and international subsidiaries.
Required profile
- Completed technical education (university degree, college or equivalent).
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Quality Management, preferably with risk‑management focus.
- Sound knowledge of quality methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, 8D, FMEA, APQP and Risk Management.
- Certification as an Internal Quality Auditor according to ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV or equivalent).
- Analytical, structured and self‑driven working style with strong communication skills.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.
