Senior Product Manager - Growth, Engagement & Retention

About the role

As the Senior Product Manager for Growth, Engagement & Retention, you will own Bitpanda’s rewards flywheel, turning activity across product offerings into a single measure of loyalty value. Your north‑star is the power user – a deeply engaged customer – and you will drive revenue diversification and increase customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Define core customer health metrics (cohort retention, CLV, churn drivers) to diagnose value leakage and guide investment decisions.
• Design and own the cross‑product rewards and engagement strategy, linking Trading, Earn, Card and future products through a shared loyalty currency.
• Evaluate rewards, nudges and growth mechanics using data on cost, breakage and cannibalisation, and decide which mechanisms maximise net value.
• Explore and, if justified, launch a subscription or membership model with clear pricing, tiering and margin targets.
• Develop status mechanics and external partnership benefits to boost community belonging and customer value.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management in a high‑growth B2C consumer platform (crypto, fintech, neobank, marketplace or loyalty).
• Proven experience shipping or scaling subscription, loyalty or rewards products and understanding of tiering, points economics and related pitfalls.
• Systems thinker able to own a shared rewards ledger across multiple verticals without owning the verticals themselves.
• Data‑driven decision maker comfortable with cohort analysis, segmentation and rigorous A/B testing.
• Clear communicator who can translate commercial trade‑offs to finance and product vision to engineering.
