Senior Influencer Relations Manager

About the role

waterdrop® is looking for a Senior Influencer Relations Manager to lead its global influencer marketing efforts, with a focus on the DACH region. You will shape strategy, manage budgets, and collaborate with creators to drive brand awareness and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global influencer marketing strategy across paid, seeding, event and affiliate initiatives.
• Define global guidelines, performance benchmarks and quality standards to ensure brand consistency.
• Own the DACH market influencer strategy, aligning local relevance with global objectives.
• Manage DACH market budgets, coordinate campaigns and ensure profitable growth.
• Source, onboard and manage macro‑ to micro‑influencers that match brand values.
• Plan and run influencer events, activations and brand experiences.
• Oversee campaign execution from brief to performance reporting, ensuring timely delivery.
• Review content for brand tone, messaging and campaign alignment.
• Track, report and analyse reach, revenue and efficiency metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of performance‑driven influencer marketing experience, with strong contacts in the DACH market.
• Proven ability to build influencer strategies from scratch and deliver measurable ROI.
• Deep interest in influencer culture, creator ecosystems and social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of KPI‑based performance measurement and customer acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communicator comfortable working with creators, agencies and cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
