Senior Developer Microsoft Dynamics

About the role

Join a highly motivated team at the headquarters in Reutte, Austria, working on Microsoft Dynamics solutions for a global high‑tech company. You will support, develop and optimise the Dynamics CRM ecosystem while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support, further development and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights).
• Analyse technical requirements from Business Product Owners and implement sustainable solutions, including customisations and TypeScript/C# development.
• Develop and maintain interfaces to other systems such as SAP and Reporting Services, and build integrative components (web front‑ends, back‑ends, databases).
• Handle support cases independently and proactively drive user stories from the business.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or related field.
• Several years of professional experience in an agile project environment.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.

Required skills

• Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Insights) and plugin development in C#.
• Dynamics UI development with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Customisation of Dynamics modules (ribbon, forms, data model, dashboards).
• Power Platform expertise – Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Custom Pages, optionally PCF.
• Strong analytical skills, SQL and Fetch queries.
