Senior Account Executive – Enterprise SaaS Sales

About the role

We are looking for a driven Senior Account Executive to expand Goldright’s market presence in the DACH region. You will sell our Enterprise Suite – the trust layer that enables reliable AI projects for global and mid‑size companies – and build lasting relationships with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and hand‑over to consulting.
• Engage C‑level and management stakeholders, delivering compelling presentations and negotiations.
• Represent Goldright at trade shows, webinars, conferences and networking events.
• Prospect new customers using a mix of traditional outreach and modern sales tools.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline in Hubspot CRM, leveraging automation to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing on sales campaigns and support RFP/tender processes.
• Provide market feedback to product management for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B enterprise solution sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Strong digital affinity and comfort using AI‑enhanced software tools.
• Fluent in German and English, able to communicate complex concepts simply.
• Hunter mindset – motivated by acquiring new business.
• Team‑player with resilience, goal orientation and proactive work ethic.
