About the role
Roche is seeking a Scrum Master to support up to two teams within an Agile Release Train, focusing on chronic care solutions that impact patient care. The role involves coaching teams to deliver value, improve flow, and collaborate effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint goals, team backlog, and ART priorities to ensure delivery of value.
- Remove blockers, make risks visible, and support coordination across teams and ART-level ceremonies.
- Use team metrics to drive continuous improvement and evolve processes, roles, and tools.
- Coach teams on Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles.
Required profile
- 5+ years experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- 7+ years in software product development.
- Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, communication and change‑management skills.
- Based in Vienna or Barcelona area.
