Scrum Master – Agile Coach for Healthcare Solutions

About the role

Roche is seeking a Scrum Master to support up to two Agile teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) focused on chronic care solutions. The role combines delivery coaching with continuous improvement to help teams deliver high‑value healthcare products.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and ART ceremonies, keeping the focus on sprint goals and backlog priorities.
• Identify and remove blockers, make risks visible, and support coordination across teams and ART‑level events.
• Use team metrics to drive reflection, learning and process optimisation, reducing waste and complexity.
• Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Lean principles, fostering autonomy, trust and high performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• 7+ years in software product development, preferably in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation and change‑management skills, able to handle conflicts and impediments.
• Technical background or degree in a related field.
