Sales Manager – Med-Tech, Bavaria & Austria

About the role

A med-tech company developing and distributing patented solutions for operating-room efficiency, staff ergonomics, infection control and workflow standardisation is looking for a Sales Manager. You will drive adoption of its product portfolio among orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals and surgical partners and grow top-line revenue in the Bavaria and Austria region. The role reports to the Global Sales Director.

Key responsibilities

• Drive territory-driven sales and represent the company at regional trade shows, congresses and professional events
• Build long-term relationships with heads of surgery, hospital administrators and OR decision-makers
• Develop and refine a regional sales strategy aligned with company goals
• Run product demonstrations and training sessions
• Report sales performance and forecast, and share market insights and competitive intelligence

Required profile

• 1-2+ years in sales within med-tech, medical devices or pharmaceuticals; exposure to orthopaedics or operating-room technology preferred
• Proven track record in territory-driven sales with quantifiable results
• Ability to travel regularly (up to 70%) within the region
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, engineering or a related field; advanced degree a bonus
