About the role

Join the Sales department of Austria Juice Group in Kroellendorf as a Sales Manager Flavours. You will drive B2B sales of compound flavours, develop new customer segments and manage key accounts across defined country groups.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct B2B sales of compound flavours for existing and new customers.
• Independently manage strategic and operational activities for defined country groups and key accounts.
• Develop new customer segments and acquire new customers.
• Expand the customer and product portfolio and support market development.
• Coordinate customer inquiries with internal teams such as R&D, Procurement, Production, and Quality Management.
• Analyze market potential at trade fairs and seminars and execute strategic customer projects.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training or university degree combined with relevant experience in Key Account Management, Sales or Application Management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong business acumen, numerical skills and understanding of profitability.
• Confident, customer‑focused with excellent intercultural communication.
• Passion for FMCG, international sales and building lasting relationships.
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% domestically and internationally.
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
