Sales Engineer

About the role

Intuition Machines builds enterprise security products using AI/ML, including the hCaptcha security suite, with a team distributed worldwide. As a Sales Engineer you will drive technical engagements with clients, turn their requirements into outcomes and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing use. You will act as the technical owner during sales, onboarding and implementation, spending much time with the customers' engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on implementation strategies, use cases and product selection
• Translate customer requests into actionable development outcomes
• Stay up to date on competitive products and market opportunities
• Drive continuous service improvement and quality delivery across the tech stack
• Partner with the product team on go-to-market strategy, solution architectures and client acquisition
• Act as liaison between architects, engineers and customers

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role at a SaaS company
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Experience turning customer requirements into code for sprint pipelines
• Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills

Required skills

• APIs and front-end technologies such as JavaScript and React
• Preferred: familiarity with security frameworks, attack vectors, botnets and online threats
• Preferred: strong solution architecture and engineering expertise
