Sales & E‑Commerce Administration (f/m/x)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented professional to support the administrative processes of Anton Paar ConsumerTec’s e‑commerce business. You will act as the interface with accounting, manage orders and inventory, review sales prices and terms, and handle international tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Independently process customer orders, including invoicing and data maintenance in modern e‑commerce and payment systems.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate incoming and outgoing goods to ensure smooth flow.
• Manage all goods‑flow processes, including purchasing, transport logistics, and returns management.
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders, delivery, and returns.
• Maintain and monitor online prices, perform currency conversions and quality checks on the website.
• Participate in the design and further development of the ERP system.
• Collaborate with group accounting during monthly and annual financial closings.
• Manage international tax registrations and documentation.
• Continuously optimise and document international sales processes.

Required profile

• Completed commercial training (e.g., HAK) or comparable qualification.
• Strong affinity for numbers and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of business principles and interest in economic contexts.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Team‑oriented personality with willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Independent, structured, reliable working style with a strong sense of responsibility.

Required skills

• Practical experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify or Amazon Seller Central (advantage).
• Excellent MS Office skills.
