Sales Data Analyst – Vienna

About the role

Join Pernod Ricard Austria as a Sales Data Analyst on a 12‑month VIE contract. Based in Vienna, you will support management, marketing and sales teams with data‑driven insights to drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide internal advisory analysis for management, sales and marketing during collaborative business planning.
• Develop sales category analysis and benchmark performance against competitors.
• Prepare, coordinate and record minutes of the monthly Sales Forecasting & Demand Review meeting.
• Analyse market data from Nielsen, IWSR and customer‑specific tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver customer‑specific analysis for yearly negotiations and identify distribution and promotion potentials.
• Maintain and enhance the CRM tool for sales reporting and develop continuous tracking reports for KAM and field force.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• 1‑2 years of experience in revenue growth management, sales analytics, trade marketing, category management or key account management, preferably in FMCG.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

• CRM tool usage for sales reporting.
