Recruiter – Home Office (EMEA)

About the role

Kelly is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join its international RPO team on a home‑office basis in Austria. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for the EMEA region, supporting the company’s rapid growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating hiring manager interviews.
• Serve as the central point of contact for European stakeholder coordination and relationship management.
• Establish and continuously improve recruiting processes and best practices across multiple countries.
• Document selection decisions, handle offer and contract administration, and support candidates and managers throughout the hiring process.
• Project‑manage recruitment initiatives, ensuring compliance with varied legal and procedural requirements in the EMEA region.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑life‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably within an RPO environment.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills and ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
• High technical acumen for assessing hard‑skill candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and comfort working autonomously in a fast‑changing environment.
