R&D Senior Quality Manager (all gender)

About the role

You will ensure quality oversight for complex R&D projects and global quality initiatives, acting as the key QA partner for cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure quality oversight for complex R&D projects and global quality initiatives
• Review, approve, and release GMP‑relevant documentation and quality deliverables
• Drive quality activities including risk assessments, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and training initiatives
• Support validation, qualification, and continuous improvement projects
• Provide expert guidance on cGMP compliance and quality standards
• Contribute to audits, inspections, and due diligence activities
• Promote operational excellence and a strong quality culture

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or Master’s degree with 3+ years experience in Pharma Quality, QA, Development, or Operations
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
• Experience in quality risk management, deviations, change controls, and CAPA processes
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills
• Solid scientific, technical, and compliance knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry
• Fluent English communication
