Production Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)

About the role

Eisberg Österreich GmbH is looking for a Production Shift Supervisor for a full-time, permanent position in a two-shift operation running Monday to Saturday (5-day week). The role covers managing production teams and keeping production running smoothly while meeting schedules and delivery deadlines. The starting point is now.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support team leaders and staff during their shifts
• Ensure production runs smoothly and that schedules and delivery deadlines are met
• Coordinate all production lines and respond quickly to disruptions or bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and safety regulations, including documentation
• Organise shift handover and liaise with Production, planning, Quality Assurance and technical departments
• Check that ERP/CSB entries are correct and verify quantities and stock levels
• Implement health and safety measures and improvement initiatives, and foster an open culture of error reporting

Required profile

• Vocational training completed in the food, production or technical sector
• Several years' professional experience in production, ideally in the food sector
• Management experience and strong communication skills, ideally in a shift-based environment
• Strong understanding of quality and safety
• Hands-on approach, assertiveness, team orientation and a structured, responsible way of working
• Spoken and written German
