Product Manager - AI Stockbroking App

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own product areas within Doit’s AI Stockbroking App. The role involves understanding users, defining product direction, collaborating with engineering and design, launching quickly, and continuously improving after release.

Key responsibilities

• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap and launch plans across financial services such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance and business teams to turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
• Use data, feedback, research and production issues to improve product decisions, launch features, monitor performance and drive iterations.
• Make trade‑offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance and operational complexity.

Required profile

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator or similar role.
• Strong product sense, ability to simplify complex workflows and work closely with engineers and designers.
• Comfortable with metrics, user feedback, experiments and post‑launch learning.
• High ownership, ability to drive work with limited guidance and strong stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or high‑growth products (preferred).
