Procurement Process Expert – SAP MM & Analytics

About the role

Join AGRANA's Corporate Purchasing, Logistics & Supply Chain team in Vienna to lead the implementation and harmonisation of procurement processes across the group, focusing on SAP MM and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Independently implement and roll out operational and tactical procurement processes in SAP MM, covering contract creation, purchase requisitions, goods receipt and major project orders.
• Analyse existing procurement processes and IT systems, supporting harmonisation and standardisation from both IT and procurement perspectives.
• Develop and implement KPIs, monitoring and reporting solutions for the request‑to‑pay process and translate spend data into actionable recommendations.
• Enhance data management and data quality in SAP MM to enable reliable procurement analytics.
• Manage procurement and process projects across the Group, from planning and stakeholder coordination to rollout and documentation.
• Create training materials, conduct trainings and support key users both remotely and on site.
• Collaborate closely with local procurement experts and the IT department on all SAP MM related activities.

Required profile

• Completed studies or comparable education in a technical or business administration field.
• Approximately 3 years of professional experience in procurement or process management.
• Proven project management skills with independent rollout experience.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP MM, ideally in process implementation projects.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel knowledge.
• Business‑fluent German and English.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% of the time.
