Paid Social Manager – Global Customer Acquisition

About the role

waterdrop® is looking for a Paid Social Manager to lead global customer acquisition through performance‑driven campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit and more. You will own end‑to‑end campaign execution, optimisation and reporting to maximise ROI and support the brand’s sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage paid social campaigns across multiple international markets.
• Analyse performance metrics (CAC, AROAS, CLTV) and provide actionable insights.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to identify high‑performing strategies.
• Collaborate with Paid Social, Performance Creative, Social Media, Brand, Copywriting, CRM and E‑commerce teams.
• Communicate complex performance data clearly to stakeholders.
• Monitor platform trends, competitor activity and emerging tools.
• Manage significant monthly budgets while maintaining accuracy and control.
• Identify new growth opportunities and continuously push performance beyond benchmarks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Informatics or a related field.
• 3+ years of performance‑focused paid social media buying experience in global markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to optimisation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling high‑volume campaigns accurately.
