Marketing Communications Expert (All Genders)

About the role

As a Marketing Communications Expert you will translate complex product features into clear, compelling messages and design communication strategies that guide customers through the entire journey. You will work closely with sales and product teams, ensuring consistent product communication across markets, target groups, and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative content and eye‑catching campaigns for websites, social media, brochures, presentations and mailings.
• Support the sales team with persuasive sales materials and professionally executed events.
• Plan and execute national and international trade shows and customer events.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day operational tasks and maintain efficient processes.
• Ensure a holistic 360° perspective in product communication across all channels.

Required profile

• Completed degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Several years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B/industrial setting or agency.
• Ability to present complex technical content in a clear, audience‑appropriate manner.
• Fluency in English and strong personal responsibility.
• Team player with cross‑functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales and Product Management.
