Logistics Specialist – 3PL & Pallet Management

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Logistics Specialist in Elsbethen to drive best-in-class beverage logistics. The role steers high-performing 3PL partnerships, embeds sustainability into transport decisions, ensures smooth and cost-effective pallet flows and helps shape future-ready logistics networks.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement KPIs to track 3PL performance, validate and use existing dashboards, and monitor agreed KPIs such as IC sales performance, giving data-based recommendations to the 3PL logistics team.
• Develop sustainability initiatives together with Logistics Technology, identify eco-friendly transport routes and lead their implementation with 3PL partners.
• Analyse and improve the logistics cost structure, and maintain and upload rate tables in the Transport Management (TM) system.
• Run pallet management activities including CHEP and IPP monitoring, control, cost booking and stock reconciliation, and support the onboarding of new pallet partners.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative input to the Network Design team for simulations and scenario planning, and assess regionalisation and expansion requests from a logistics perspective.

Required profile

• At least 3 years' experience or a specialised qualification in logistics / supply chain management, ideally in an FMCG environment.
• Proven end-to-end process management experience, preferably in FMCG logistics.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and data-driven approach, and a performance-driven, proactive attitude.
• Ability to present results to the logistics management team.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and PowerPoint.
• SAP experience preferred.

The stated minimum salary under the collective agreement is EUR 2,392 gross per month; the actual pay is market-oriented and higher.
