Learning Support Teacher – Flexible Part-Time Work

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Teachers to join our online platform and help students improve study habits, stay motivated and achieve academic goals. This flexible, part‑time position allows you to work from home while supporting learners of various ages and subjects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one or small‑group tutoring sessions online.
• Explain difficult concepts in a clear, student‑centred manner.
• Assist students with organization, motivation, time‑management and effective study techniques.
• Adapt teaching methods to each learner’s style and monitor progress.
• Help students become confident, independent learners.

Required profile

• Academic background or current studies in education, psychology, languages, sciences or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting students.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage your own schedule.
