Knowledge Graph Solutions Consultant

About the role

Graphwise is seeking a Knowledge Graph Solutions Consultant to join its international Professional Services team. You will work closely with customers to design, develop and deliver solutions built on the Graphwise AI Platform, helping organisations unlock the value of knowledge graphs and semantic AI.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject‑matter expert on Graphwise products and knowledge‑graph use cases.
• Advise customers on architecture, design and implementation of comprehensive solutions.
• Develop technical solution proposals and guide the implementation process.
• Ensure solutions align with customers’ long‑term objectives, existing IT landscape and organizational constraints.
• Facilitate delivery of Graphwise products and drive customer success and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in knowledge‑graph technologies and semantic AI.
• Experience consulting with enterprise customers on solution design and implementation.
• Ability to work in a distributed team across Austria, Bulgaria, UK, France and Greece.
• Flexibility to work from the Vienna office (or Sofia) with hybrid remote options; senior candidates may work fully remote.
