Key Lead – Store Floor Supervisor

About the role

The Key Lead ensures every customer receives a high‑quality in‑store experience by supervising the floor, coaching Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, and driving store performance through sales and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines, operate POS registers and fulfill OMNI‑channel orders.
• Maintain visual displays, protect store assets, conduct inventory control and analyze sales reports.
• Represent the brand, embody company culture and values, and support the leadership team in achieving daily sales targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of retail experience.
• Fluency in English and German (CEFR B2) and strong customer focus.
• Energetic, outgoing, detail‑oriented and able to work flexible schedules including Saturdays and holidays.

Required skills

• Operation of Register/Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Basic knowledge of OMNI‑channel order fulfillment.
