Key Lead – Retail Floor Supervisor

About the role

The Key Lead ensures every customer receives a high‑quality in‑store experience by supervising the floor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance through sales and service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines, operate POS registers and fulfill OMNI‑channel orders.
• Maintain visual displays, protect store assets, and conduct inventory control.
• Analyze sales reports to inform decisions and represent the brand’s culture and values.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and German (CEFR B2) with strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, adaptable, detail‑oriented and able to work a flexible schedule of at least 20 hours per week, including Saturdays and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS/point‑of‑sale systems.
• Ability to manage inventory and perform stock control.
