Key Account Manager Oncology – Lung (West Region)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive sales and business results for oncology lung products across the West Region of Austria. The role involves executing brand plans, building partnerships, and acting as a product specialist for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and business results in the designated account territory by executing the brand plan.
• Maintain and build partnerships with therapeutic‑area customer groups.
• Act as product specialist at the customer interface, creating value for patients and stakeholders.
• Analyze territory sales data and develop account plans aligned with country strategy.
• Plan sales activities using segmentation, targeting criteria and CRM tools such as iConnect.
• Leverage cross‑functional teams to achieve customer interaction excellence.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Medicine, Veterinary Medicine or Pharmacy (Pharmareferentenprüfung).
• 2‑5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or comparable roles.
• High proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically iConnect.

What we offer

• Base salary range €62,200 – €99,935 per year.
