Junior SAP Solution Analyst – Finance & Technology

About the role

Make a difference in the financial life of millions of people by co‑creating a digital future at Erste Digital. You will join the General Ledger product team within the Group Finance & HR Solutions division, supporting SAP‑based finance and HR applications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary product teams, business analysts, product owners, developers, users and stakeholders.
• Support accountants across the Erste Group with solution and error handling, proposing optimisation ideas to improve business efficiency.
• Develop a deep understanding of business processes, user needs and requirements for SAP business applications.

Required profile

• Academic degree in business informatics or business administration.
• Open‑minded team player eager to learn and receive feedback from other disciplines.
• Strong communication skills combined with a structured, self‑reliant working style.
• Solution‑oriented attitude and enjoyment of collaborative problem solving.
