About the role
Join the Flavour department of a leading food and beverage group in Kroellendorf, Austria. You will work on developing new compound flavours and flavouring ingredients for the confectionery, beverage and dairy sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects to create new flavours based on customer specifications.
- Process and interpret GC‑MS analytical data and optimise existing formulations.
- Ensure compliance with EU flavouring regulations and maintain product documentation.
- Conduct tastings, evaluate sensory tests and collaborate with R&D, QA, marketing and sales teams.
Required profile
- Completed studies in food technology, chemistry or a related field, or solid flavourist training.
- Strong sensory skills, creativity and a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
- Very good German and English language skills.
Required skills
- Gas chromatography (GC‑MS) experience.
- Technical expertise in flavour development and formulation.
