IT and Admin Specialist

About the role

Huawei is looking for an IT and Admin Specialist in Vienna, Austria. The role covers daily IT support, office equipment maintenance and asset management, and involves working on IT office projects within an international, diverse team.

Key responsibilities

• Daily IT support and checking and maintaining office IT equipment
• Installing laptops
• Support for asset management
• Troubleshooting users' problems
• Support for the internal meeting system and meeting support
• Checking and reporting office IT requirements and ensuring equipment runs smoothly
• Managing the ACS card-entry system
• Working on IT office projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related major
• Ability to work full-time and to work under pressure
• Hands-on mentality, eager to learn and develop continuously
• Team player with good communication skills
• Fluent business English and German
• Eligible to work and live in Vienna

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of HW, LAN, WAN and WWAN principles to solve problems
• Ability to quickly analyse and solve IT problems independently
