HR Business Partner – Remote (Austria)

About the role

Kolsquare is looking for an HR Business Partner to support its growing influencer‑marketing business across Europe. Working remotely from Austria, you will split your time between Kolsquare and its sister company helloCash, partnering with managers to shape performance, integration and talent strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the people side of the Kolsquare‑Storyclash integration and future change initiatives, including workforce planning and communication.
• Design and drive the performance‑management cycle, coach managers on feedback, and oversee succession planning for critical roles.
• Advise on employee‑relations matters, act as the main HR contact for the Austrian Works Council, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Interpret engagement survey data, develop action plans, and use people analytics to diagnose organisational issues.
• Support helloCash talent acquisition by coordinating openings and partnering with the central TA team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisor, preferably in a fast‑growing tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong expertise in change management, integration projects, and performance‑management processes.
• Excellent knowledge of Austrian labour law and experience working with works councils.
• Ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives, workforce planning and organisational design.
• Strong analytical mindset to turn people data into actionable recommendations.
