About the role

Join AGRANA’s HR Center of Excellence to lead global Workforce Intelligence, shaping strategy with data‑driven insights for executive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Workforce Intelligence roadmap, establishing governance, processes and tools.
• Develop global workforce planning methodologies, integrating workforce strategy with long‑term business and financial goals.
• Oversee global workforce budgeting, forecasting and 5‑year planning, driving scenario modelling and variance analysis.
• Synthesize datasets into intuitive dashboards, highlighting trends, risks and growth opportunities for HR Business Partners and executives.
• Direct end‑to‑end operational reporting, setting unified HR KPIs, quality controls and data definitions across affiliates.
• Partner with IT to advance automation across SAP, Workday, SharePoint and modern BI platforms.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in global HR analytics, HR controlling, workforce planning or reporting.
• Master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, HR, data analytics or a comparable field.
• Strong analytical, independent and structured working style with collaborative mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• BI tools (dashboarding and insight generation).
• Experience with SAP HCM, SAP BW/BEx/AFO.
• Workday reporting and data modelling.
