General Manager Advanced Trading (Fusion)

About the role

As General Manager Advanced Trading (Fusion) you will own the strategic direction, commercial growth and operational excellence of Bitpanda’s advanced trading ecosystem. You will combine product strategy, trading expertise and technology leadership to position Fusion as a best‑in‑class platform for retail and professional traders across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long‑term vision, user positioning and feature roadmap for all supported asset classes (crypto, equities, commodities, derivatives).
• Partner with Engineering to build low‑latency, high‑availability trading infrastructure for web and mobile.
• Drive core business metrics such as trading volume, active user growth, retention and lifetime value.
• Scale and lead multidisciplinary teams while aligning strategy and investment with the CEO.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Risk to ensure all functionalities meet regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Fintech and trading leader with substantial experience in trading platforms, brokerages or exchanges.
• Deep understanding of market structure, advanced execution platforms and scalable infrastructure.
• Trader‑obsessed mindset with empathy for professional trading workflows.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue‑generating financial products in a regulated environment.
