Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded finance professional to join the Division Controlling team in Vienna. You will work at the centre of our global finance organisation, partnering with regional finance teams and senior stakeholders to steer performance cycles and division priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and forecasting cycles, driving budgets, forecasts and long‑term planning with clear governance and reliable delivery.
• Own divisional management reporting, coordinating monthly reports, KPI dashboards and executive‑ready commentary.
• Act as a trusted business partner by analysing P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow developments and challenging assumptions.
• Translate financial insights into concise recommendations for the CFO and senior stakeholders.
• Continuously improve reporting structures, automation and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience in financial controlling, FP&A or finance business partnering, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong financial judgement with the ability to challenge assumptions and focus on what matters.
• Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholder interaction across cultures.
• University degree in business administration, finance, controlling or a related field.
• Fluent English; German and other languages are a plus.
