Field Service Technician – Customer Support in Northwest Austria

About the role

Our team of service technicians operates throughout Austria, ensuring customer satisfaction with our measuring instruments. To strengthen customer support in Northwest Austria, we are looking for additional team members.

Key responsibilities

• Carrying out service and maintenance of Anton Paar measuring instruments
• Commissioning of instruments
• Troubleshooting and fault rectification
• After‑sales service including active customer support

Required profile

• Completed technical education (e.g., apprenticeship, technical school, HTL) or comparable qualification
• Strong interest in technology
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• German language skills at C1 level (written and spoken)
• English skills and PC user proficiency
• Willingness to travel within Western and Northern Austria (overnight stays may be required)
• High level of customer and results orientation
