Field Service Engineer – Pharma & Life Sciences (m/f/x) – Linz, Salzburg, Vöcklabruck

About the role

Join Anton Paar's service team to support customers across Northwest Austria with high‑precision measuring instruments for the pharmaceutical and life‑science sectors. You will work independently, travelling to client sites and ensuring optimal instrument performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance on Anton Paar measuring instruments.
• Commission new instruments and verify correct operation.
• Troubleshoot faults and carry out corrective actions.
• Provide after‑sales support, including active customer assistance.

Required profile

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical school, HTL) or comparable qualification.
• Strong interest in technology; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• German language skills at C1 level (written and spoken) and good English proficiency.
• Proficient PC user with ability to work with standard software tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Western and Northern Austria, including overnight stays.
• High customer‑orientation and results‑driven mindset.
