Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

About the role

Santé Studios, an Austria‑based fashion brand with a global online presence, is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to support its expanding customer base. This remote, full‑time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment, values structure and precision, and is passionate about delivering excellence across people and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage updates of new products, including pantones, variants, pricing and related data in Shopify.
• Upload, organize, and tag product images accurately across all platforms.
• Maintain and optimise product listing pages, including badges and out‑of‑stock settings.
• Monitor out‑of‑stock items and ensure correct selling status.
• Configure website pop‑ups, countdown timers and related backend settings.
• Identify and resolve product image issues with graphic designers.
• Oversee barcode operations and ensure consistency.
• Track missing items and discrepancies in shipments, coordinating with factories and 3PL providers.
• Verify product data within the 3PL system against incoming shipments.
• Assist in maintaining business documents such as presentations, reports and process trackers.
• Coordinate with production for packing lists, freight forwarders and warehouse logistics.
• Facilitate communication between customer service, factory, fulfillment and logistics teams.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks and duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or e‑commerce management.
• Highly detail‑oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Team player with a growth mindset and commitment to brand values.
