Digital Verification & Generative AI Support Internship

About the role

Join NXP's Digital Design team in the Graz area as a part‑time intern supporting digital verification activities with cutting‑edge Generative AI technologies. You will work alongside engineers to enhance verification workflows while continuing your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise AI‑assisted verification workflows, including prompt creation and automation scripts.
• Analyse verification data, generate insights, and produce dashboards, reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Enrolled in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, solid English communication, and a team‑player mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with AI frameworks, APIs or automation tools.
• Programming knowledge in Python; familiarity with SystemVerilog is a plus.
