About the role

Join Oliver Wyman as a Consultant or Advanced Consultant in Vienna, working on complex client challenges across industries and capabilities. You will collaborate with colleagues worldwide, conduct research, analyze data, and help shape client‑ready deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, gather data, run surveys and interviews to generate insights.
• Analyze problems, identify patterns, test hypotheses and structure recommendations.
• Produce client‑ready deliverables such as presentations, analyses, workshops and discussion materials.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients, travel within the home market and internationally as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Prior internships in consulting‑relevant environments (consultancies, in‑house, or advised industries).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset, initiative, intuition and creativity.
• Business fluency in German and English.

Required skills

• Research and data‑gathering techniques.
• Analytical reasoning and hypothesis testing.
• Presentation and communication skills for client deliverables.
