Clinical Research Associate II / SrCRA I, Home-Based Austria

About the role

iQVIA is recruiting a Clinical Research Associate II or Senior Clinical Research Associate I (m/w/d) for its single sponsor department in Austria, working entirely from home. The role offers direct experience with one client and access to training and mentoring across a wide range of therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
• Support the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices against GCP and ICH guidelines
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion and data query resolution
• Collaborate with study sites and client representatives
• Depending on the client model: remote monitoring, involvement in study start-up, and specialization in pharmaceutical products or medical devices
• Mentor less experienced team members and act as subject matter expert

Required profile

• University degree in life sciences or another scientific discipline, or an apprenticeship in health care
• At least two years of on-site monitoring experience
• Fluent German (at least C1) and a good command of English
• Flexibility to travel up to 40-60% of working time
• Class B driver's licence

Required skills

• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
