Civil Engineer – Road Power Plant (m/f/d)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing GreenTech startup that is turning ordinary roads into renewable energy generators. As a Civil Engineer you will design and deliver the infrastructure that enables scalable road‑based power plants, working alongside multidisciplinary experts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative infrastructure components for road‑integrated power generation.
• Perform structural calculations and dimensioning for dynamic loads.
• Create technical drawings, production documents and scalable installation concepts.
• Collaborate daily with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic engineers and physicists.
• Support projects from prototype stage through to international deployment.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Passion for sustainable infrastructure and renewable energy.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to implementation.
• Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary teamwork.
