Chapter Lead, Clinical Design & Medical Director, CVRM

About the role

Roche is seeking a Chapter Lead for Clinical Design and Medical Director for the Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic (CVRM) disease area. Based in Vienna, you will shape global clinical strategy for AI‑enabled digital health solutions and drive real‑world adoption across Roche Information Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global clinical value design strategy for digital health, AI‑enabled care transformation and real‑world adoption.
• Lead and develop a global team of healthcare experts and medical directors.
• Embed clinical, medical and healthcare system perspectives into product development, evidence generation and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Act as the primary clinical authority for CVRM, translating unmet needs into data‑driven product opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, data science, UX, commercial and market access teams to ensure measurable clinical, operational and economic value.

Required profile

• Deep clinical expertise in cardiovascular, renal and metabolic diseases.
• Strong understanding of chronic disease management, risk stratification and longitudinal care.
• Experience influencing product development and adoption in real‑world healthcare settings.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary, globally distributed teams.
