About the role

Join enspired’s Trading Operations team and help drive the energy transition by supporting essential back‑office activities. This marginal employment position offers up to 8.5 hours per week for students or recent graduates eager to gain experience in a fast‑growing energy company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain customer and contract data for invoicing processes.
• Support invoice validation and reconciliation activities.
• Assist Trading Operations with risk mitigation and operational tasks.
• Contribute to process improvements and data‑quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Trading, Operations, Finance and other functions.
• Support the preparation of reports, analyses and operational documentation.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (or relevant technical/vocational education) in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with Excel and other data‑analysis tools.
• Interest in energy markets, trading or operational processes.
• Proactive, organized, eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective written and spoken English communication.
