Babysitter / Nanny – Flexible Hours, €20–€40/hr

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and caring babysitter/nanny to join our platform in Austria. The role offers flexible hours and the chance to support families with safe, engaging childcare in their own homes. You will be part of Nachhilfepro, a leading platform connecting families with trusted childcare providers, and will have the freedom to choose assignments that fit your schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise children of various ages, ensuring their safety and well‑being.
• Plan and carry out age‑appropriate, fun and educational activities.
• Assist with homework, reading and simple learning tasks when needed.
• Maintain a clean and child‑friendly environment.
• Coordinate with parents to understand each child’s routine and preferences.
• Prepare simple meals or snacks as needed.
• Transport children to short local trips if required.
• Report any incidents or concerns promptly to parents.

Required profile

• Responsible, patient and caring personality.
• Good communication skills.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Experience with children is a plus but not mandatory.
