Airside Quotation Engineer – HVAC Sales

About the role

Trane Technologies is looking for an airside quotation engineer in Brunn am Gebirge, Austria. The role covers sales of premium HVAC equipment made in-house, building a customer network of planning offices and engineering firms, and supporting ongoing projects. It is a full-time on-site position (5 days).

Key responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment from the premium segment produced in-house.
• Build and expand a customer network of planning offices and engineering firms in Austria.
• Maintain existing customers sustainably.
• Provide technical and commercial advice and support for ongoing projects.
• Follow up quotations and calculate projects using the company's configuration software.
• Create plans and technical concepts and solve technically demanding problems.
• Work closely with the outside sales team.

Required profile

• Completed technical training, such as an HTL in building technology.
• High self-motivation, customer orientation and sales aptitude.
• Basic business knowledge and secure use of MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP and the CRM system Salesforce is desirable.
• English is desirable; experience in technical sales, preferably of HVAC systems, is an advantage.
