Account Executive – DACH Region

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to expand Goldright's market presence in the DACH region. You will drive new business, build lasting relationships, and act as the trusted point of contact for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles, engaging C‑level decision makers.
• Own the full sales process for the Goldright Enterprise Suite, from lead generation to contract signing and hand‑over to consulting.
• Represent Goldright at trade shows, webinars, and networking events.
• Prospect new customers using both traditional methods and modern tools.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted sales campaigns.
• Support tender and RFP processes.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline in Hubspot CRM and share market insights with product management.

Required profile

• First sales experience in the service or software industry.
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
• Proven “hunter” mentality and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Team player with resilience, goal orientation, and enthusiasm.
