Technical Customer Support & Repair Specialist

About the role

As a 2nd‑Level Support Representative you will ensure rapid and effective assistance for our global teams, helping to minimise downtime and keep operations running smoothly. The role combines technical problem‑solving with customer interaction and occasional on‑site repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle technical and application‑related inquiries via email, CRM and chat.
• Collaborate closely with the global sales and service network.
• Plan, conduct and follow up training sessions and workshops for service technicians.
• Create and review service documentation with precision.
• Perform repairs at the facility and, when required, on‑site at customer locations.

Required profile

• Completed technical or scientific education (e.g., HTL).
• Customer‑ and service‑oriented mindset, preferably with prior customer service experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Team spirit and a collaborative, constructive approach.
• Sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
• Manual dexterity and solid technical understanding.
• Strong English skills, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 5 %.
