Site Supervisor – High Purity Water & Wastewater Systems

About the role

As a Site Supervisor you will lead the installation of high‑purity water and wastewater treatment systems at construction sites worldwide. You will coordinate activities from project start through hand‑over to the commissioning team while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of water treatment systems on site, from start‑up to handover.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems during installation.
• Coordinate construction activities with customers and ensure compliance with site regulations.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, test reports, and inspection records.
• Organise and manage external service providers and report regularly to the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Completed training as a pipe fitter or equivalent technical qualification with professional experience in piping construction.
• Several years of experience in plant construction and installation of piping systems (PVC, PP, PE, PVDF, stainless steel).
• Ability to set priorities under high workload, make on‑site decisions and adapt to changing conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills for customer interaction and teamwork.
• Willingness to undertake international assignments abroad (up to 90% of the time) and very good command of English.

Required skills

• Pipe fitting and piping construction techniques.
• Installation of water treatment systems.
• Knowledge of materials such as PVC, PP, PE, PVDF and stainless steel.
• Execution and documentation of system tests and inspections.
• Coordination of external service providers on site.
