Service Deployer

About the role

Trane Technologies, a global leader in climate solutions for buildings, homes and transportation, is looking for a Service Deployer based in Brunn am Gebirge. The role is on-site (5 days per week) and covers planning and coordinating daily deployment activities, keeping customers and technicians well informed, supporting the team leader and providing administrative support to service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate workloads for service technicians and supervise technical and safety aspects of service work
• Review service reports, worksheets and technical documentation for accuracy
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with internal teams
• Take part in weekly coordination meetings and schedule jobs, materials and subcontractors
• Prepare work orders, dispatch technicians and manage customer orders and documentation in planning systems and Oracle
• Plan preventive maintenance, oversee procurement (POs, parts, goods receipt) and maintain databases and records
• Handle warranty claims, log service activities and prepare monthly invoicing packages
• Perform quarterly stock checks with the Spare Parts team and coordinate factory equipment deliveries

Required profile

• Minimum high school education (university preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience coordinating work in service or a similar field
• Experience leading or supervising a small team is welcome
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
• Communicative English

Required skills

• High computer literacy across different systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office
